Nature of Services
ATA Services Vietnam provides management consultancy and administrative coordination services. We act as an independent advisor to assist clients in navigating business procedures in Vietnam. Our services are advisory and supportive in nature; we do not provide legal representation or accounting certification.
Service Proposals & Quotations
All services are performed based on a signed Service Proposal. Quotations are estimates based on the information provided by the client. Any changes to the scope of work may result in a revision of the service fee.
Payment Terms
Payments are due within [15] days of invoice issuance unless otherwise specified in the Service Proposal. All fees are quoted in [VND/USD] and are subject to applicable taxes as required by Vietnamese law.
Limitation of Liability
ATA Services Vietnam provides guidance based on current administrative standards. While we strive for accuracy, our role is coordinative. We are not liable for the final decisions made by government authorities or for the client’s internal business outcomes.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these services shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of Vietnam.
Service Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with [30] days’ written notice. Any work completed up to the date of termination will be invoiced and payable.
